Price Lists

• It is used when you want to give special offer on the special event to your customer or the special price to the specific customer.

Fields

• Name : The name of the price list is written over here.

• Description : The description regarding the price list is written over here. If the company wants to write then only write it. It is not necessary.

• Type : This field is used to know whether the price list is used at the time of purchase or sales.

• Item rate : This field is used to know whether the rates of the product should be calculated in percentage or individually the rates of all items should be calculated.

• Percentage : If the company decide to rates the item by the percentage then this field is used. In this field, the company has to decide 2 things i.e. whether the company should increase the price or decrease the price and at what rates.

• It can be used in both purchase and sales as well as you can increase the price or decrease the price by giving some amount of percentage or you can also rate the individual item.

• Once the transaction is done then it cannot be deleted.

• The software has provided two features i.e. Edit and delete.

• It is not a mandatory submodule.

• It can enable when the company needs it or it is not enable if company does not need it.
