• Account Transaction : It shows the record of all the accounts included by the company and it helps in knowing which account is in profit or loss.

• General Ledger : It shows the record of the accounts included in the charts of accounts. It helps to know the debit and credit balance as well as the total balance remained after the sum of debit and credit.

• Journal Report : It shows the record of all the journal entries passed in the software.

• Trial Balance : It is prepared after posting all the financial transaction to ensure that the debit equals the credit in the charts of accounts. It is prepared at the end.

• Bank Summary : It shows the whole cash inflow and the outflow whether it is done through cash or bank. It helps in knowing the withdrawals , deposits and the closing balance to know the amount we have with us.

• Day Book : It shows the record of the transaction done in the whole day whether it is sales or purchase, debit note or credit note. All the transaction done in the particular day is shown over here.
