Add Stock Journal

• Stock Journal means the ways through which the company can make the finished goods from the same raw material as well as the company can also use it when the company wants to transfer the product from one godown to another.

Fields

• No. : It is the Number used for the stock journal we are creating. It is kind of the Sr no for the Stock Journal. It can be done in two ways. They are either manually or auto-generating it depends on the company how they want to generate the stock journal no..

• Date : This field used to write the date on which the Stock of Journal was created or generated.

• Bills of Materials : This field is used only when you want to make the finished goods from the raw material.

• Source (Consumption) : This field is used in two ways. First, it is used when the company wants to make the finish goods from the Raw materials. In this table the list of raw materials will be written through which the company can make the finish goods. Second, It is used when the company wants to transfer the product from one godown to another godown.

• Destination ( Production ) : This is used in two ways. First, When the company wants to make the finish goods from the raw material then in this table the finished goods will be written. Second, when the company wants to transfer the product from one godown to another.

• The company can also add the new item of the product from the stock journal and can also save it.

• The stock journal created or generated by the company can be deleted also.

• The Stock Journal also has the features like edit, print or delete.
