Inventory

• Inventory Summary : It shows all the inventory stock of the product which are trackable means their opening stock are recorded. It shows in two ways i.e. general(includes only quantity, rates and amount) and items with godown and batch (includes all the products qty, rate and amount with the godown and the batch name).

• Inventory Valuation Summary : In this, only these items are recorded which are trackable or their opening stock is recorded. It shows the product's quantity available and their values.

• Contactwise Summary : It shows the record of quantity a vendor and customer have. It shows only the quantity and the amount but doesn't shows the particular product. Only can see the quantity a customer has purchased or the vendor has sold and their total cost.

• Godown Summary : It shows the record of the whole quantity of products in a particular godown. Records the the quantity of all the products in all the godowns and their total cost.

• Batch Summary : It shows the record of all the quantity manufactured or ordered in a particular batch. It also shows the expiry date and the rates of the particular product if only one product is there.

• Categorywise Summary : It shows the record of all the quantity included in a particular category their rates and total amount. For e.g. if the category is of ladies wrist watches then it will include all the types of watches, their quantity available and their total cost.

• Groupwise Summary : It shows the record of all the quantity included in a particular group, their rates and total amount. For e.g. If the group if of the watches then it will include all the types of watches i.e. ladies wrist watch, boys wrist watch, couple watch, etc. their quantity available and their values.

• Stock Journal Summary : It shows the record of the products which are trackable and it shows the all the transactions done in the particular product from their opening stock till now.

• Inventory Item List : It shows the record of all the products whether they are trackable or not trackable, their sales record, purchase record, etc.

• Inventory Negative Stock Details : It shows the record of all the stock which are in negative. Means the company does not have that particular product and they need to order that product.

• FIFO Cost Lot Tracking : It shows the record of all the products which are trackable. It shows all the transaction of the product from their opening stock till now; it includes the record of bought (Product In) and sold (Product out) till now.

• In/Out Group Wise : It shows the record of all the products included in a group. So it shows the Product in or out group wise.

• Highest Selling Items : It shows the record of products which have increased the sales of the company or the items which are sold most in a particular company.

• Itemwise Godown Details : It shows the record of all the products which are trackable. It records the quantity of a particular product available in different godowns and their total quantity as well.

• Low Stock Items : It shows the record of all the products which are trackable and their stock or quantity is in zero or in minus.
